Wrongful Death Cases

Losing a loved one causes great suffering. However, that loss can also come with a financial cost. In Arizona, only certain people have the right to sue for wrongful death. In order to sue you must be a surviving spouse, child, parent, guardian, or personal representative of the decedent (person who died). A.R.S. 12-612.
