CD Owens is an inspiration, he obviously loves his work, but it was his genuine concern for me and my kids that I really felt throughout a very difficult process. Of course, I spent a fortune waging my divorce case, but CD guided me expertly through the process with the help of excellent legal staff who kept us both on track I believe and the results for me were as good as they could have been. Your firm also helped me to recover an important amount of those legal fees spent against the future payments I will have to make to my ex-wife. My case I’m sure is rare and unique in the annals of O&P cases, but CD and the staff were always there for me. Mr. Hanson fought hard in my case, he didn't make any promises, and he didn't sugar coat anything. Although I felt that Yuma police department violated all my rights, I could've been in a much worse situation. Instead of jail or prison time, I was blessed with 3 years probation. In my case I had several felony charges, that got reduced to one. Mr. Hanson did a good job, and if I had to recommend anyone, it would be him.

Owens & Perkins has assisted me on two separate occasions and both experiences exceeded my expectations.

I had been arrested for a DUI, and I had no knowledge or experience with the legal process surrounding this serious citation. I called Owens & Perkins the following Monday and had a consultation the next morning. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. They  listened to my concerns regarding my driving privileges and the possible impact on my employment.  I was never treated as *just another case* or a number, but was given sincere personalized attention. I was kept informed of each step of the process, and someone was available to answer any questions I raised.

DUI convictions carry many legal, financial, and employment related consequences. I was extremely fearful of the outcome of my hearing. CD Owens and staff were honest, forthright, and  provided realistic hope. CD Owens represented me at my hearing and successfully fought to have my charges reduced to reckless driving. In the current environment of zero tolerance, this was an enormous success!  The dismissal of the DUI charges has a significant impact on my professional career and financial stability.

Previous to my most recent experience, Ms. Perkins assisted me with a family law matter. She answered my many questions and patiently explained the legal process related to my divorce and the outstanding financial obligations of my ex spouse.

To begin let me familiarize you with my case and why I chose Owens & Perkins Law Firm. I reside in Southern California and back in September 2009 my sister who lived in Scottsdale Arizona passed away. In the process of going through her paperwork, much to our surprise, she had three wills and each a little different in some way or another.
 
I knew I needed to find a law firm in Arizona who dealt with Probate Law and so onto the Internet I went and began my search. I began calling those that appealed to me. On one occasion I spoke to an outstanding young lawyer at the Owens & Perkins Law Firm. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I spoke with him on more than one occasion and he was always very helpful and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and he was concerned for me. Because of his personality and understanding of my needs and his reassurance, I decided to retain Owens & Perkins as my representatives.
 
Owens & Perkins has an outstanding staff who was always there to assist me in all my needs. They are professional and caring. There came a time when the Lawyer assigned to my case had to leave the firm and at this time Ms. Michelle Perkins called me to inform me she would be taking over his duties. Ms. Perkins is co-owner of the firm and she informed me no additional expense would be incurred by me due to this unforeseen event. I was humbled by her compassion.

During December of 2009, I was referred to Michelle Perkins by a friend and her brother. I had been in the divorce process for a full year. Michelle was able to identify the unethical situation created by my attorney as well as my soon to be ex-husband’s attorney. I can't thank Christopher Bao enough for all of his help with facilitating my divorce. I do not think my ex wife and I could have reached an agreement this easily without his assistance.
